Updated 30 October 2026. These terms describe using the KongMing website, its tea information, saved list and brewing tools.
Operator and purchase route
KongMing is operated by Hong Kong Oriental Tea Co., Limited. Product pack selection, the shopping cart and checkout are on KongMing. Adding to a cart does not reserve stock or submit an order. Place Order saves the selected items and delivery details after the server verifies the total. If online payment has not yet been enabled, the order is recorded as awaiting payment. It does not reserve stock, create a charge, or become paid. Checkout cannot submit an order with an unknown delivery charge. Before later payment, the order is checked again against current stock, prices and delivery charges. Stripe handles payment authorization and payment credentials. KongMing marks a Stripe order paid only after checking its paid status, matching local order reference, expected amount and currency. A redirect or cancellation message does not prove payment. Read the final order details and shipping and returns before authorizing payment.
Catalog information
Product facts and photographs are based on the identified supplier listing and were checked on 30 October 2026. Prices and availability may change. Flavor descriptions are supplier notes, not a guarantee that each person will experience the same taste. Photographs may show the original product brand. A product’s year or region is a listing attribute, not a medical or quality certification.
Tools and examples
The ratio calculator performs proportional arithmetic. The timer and journal are convenience tools, not laboratory or safety instruments. Worked examples illustrate a method and are not claimed as first-hand product tests. Browser storage can be cleared or unavailable; export notes you wish to retain.
