Current online delivery options
Online checkout currently offers airmail for known-weight tea orders totalling up to 1 kg: United States USD 15.00 (approximately 1–3 weeks), Germany USD 14.95 (approximately 2–4 weeks), and United Kingdom USD 10.00 (approximately 1–3 weeks). For larger orders, other destinations or teaware without a confirmed shipping weight, contact customer care for a delivery quote before payment.

Dispatch and delivery
Our reference fulfillment policy uses a warehouse in China. Normal dispatch is the next business day; orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday. Restocking can add 2–4 working days. Airmail is estimated at 1–4 weeks and express at 1–2 weeks, with the available method and charge confirmed before payment. Customs or carrier delays can affect these estimates. The Hong Kong office address is an office contact, not a stated dispatch warehouse.
Returns, damage, and cancellation
Contact KongMing before dispatch to request cancellation. For returns, contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order reference; items should be unused and in their original received condition. Report damage or faults within two days with photographs and the order reference. Contact us before returning any item. Delivery charges are generally non-refundable and customers normally pay return postage unless an item is faulty or broken.
