Where do I buy and pay?
Choose a pack and quantity on a product page, add it to your KongMing cart, and open checkout. The product purchase buttons do not send you to another tea shop. When payment is available, Place Order opens the Stripe-hosted payment page.
Which payment methods are available?
Online payments use Stripe Checkout when the merchant account is enabled. Stripe displays the card and other payment options available for the merchant account, buyer location and currency. We only display payment controls that are actually available. If merchant setup is still pending, you can submit an unpaid order for a destination with a confirmed delivery charge. The order confirmation clearly shows awaiting payment; no payment is taken. An unavailable delivery charge must be resolved before an order can be submitted online.
Is my saved tea list a shopping cart?
The saved list is a wishlist. The shopping cart stores pack sizes and quantities separately, both in this browser. Neither list submits an order or reserves stock.
Why do some cards say “From”?
The lowest-priced option may be a sample. Choose a pack before comparing totals. Checkout verifies the selected variant and its price on the server.
Can every tea ship to my country?
Use the destinations offered in checkout. A destination without a configured delivery charge cannot proceed to payment. Contact customer care if yours is missing.
When is an order paid?
Only after the payment provider reports a completed payment and our server verifies the amount and currency. Cancelling the payment window, adding to the cart, or clicking a payment button is not a paid-order confirmation.
Are the brewing presets a promise about taste?
No. They are supplier starting points for particular products. The calculator scales a ratio and cannot predict your own tasting results.
Are journal entries uploaded?
No. Your brewing notes stay in this browser. Export a copy before clearing local data.
